Sometimes the very first cut does — heavily overgrown lawns take extra time and care. We’ll confirm any first-cut rate with you before we start, and after that you’re on the normal flat rate.

Service & Scheduling
Every visit includes mowing, edging along driveways and walkways, string trimming, and blowing off all hard surfaces — plus before & after photos texted to you. These aren’t add-ons; they’re the standard.
St. Pete grass grows fast most of the year, so weekly keeps your lawn sharpest — and it’s the better per-visit price. Bi-weekly works fine in the slower winter months. You can switch anytime.
Nope — most of our customers aren’t. We’ll text you when we’re on the way, and if we’re doing the backyard just leave the gate unlocked that day. Before & after photos land on your phone after every visit.
We watch the St. Pete forecast every day. If rain washes out your service day, we’ll text you and shift your visit to the next dry day — you never have to call, and your price never changes.

Our premium plan: everything in weekly lawn care plus bush & hedge trimming, hand weed control, leaf cleanup, and flower bed care. Most homes run $250–$350/month — exact price at a free walkthrough.

Small and ornamental trees only — crape myrtles, small palms, fruit trees, anything we can shape safely from ladder height. For big canopy work we’ll point you to a licensed tree company.
