Amber Lawn Care — Service Agreement
This agreement is between Amber Lawn Care of St Petersburg LLC ("Amber," "we," "us") and the customer named below ("you"). By signing this agreement you authorize recurring lawn service and automatic billing as described below.

1. Services
Every scheduled visit includes:
- Full lawn mowing
- String trimming around all obstacles (trees, fences, beds, posts)
- Edging along all driveways and walkways
These are included on every visit — not add-ons.
Completed service: A service is considered completed when the scheduled lawn areas have been serviced and our crew has departed the property.
2. Service Schedule
Service is provided on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule as selected at sign-up. Your mow day is your mow day — we aim for the same day every week.
Weather: We work through light rain. In the event of severe weather (lightning, tropical storms), your service may be rescheduled to the next available day. You will be notified by text if your visit is rescheduled.
Access: You are responsible for ensuring access to the property on your scheduled service day (unlocked gates, dogs secured, vehicles clear of the lawn). If we cannot access the property and you have not given us 48 hours notice to skip, the visit fee applies.
3. Property Conditions
Hidden objects: You are responsible for removing toys, hoses, pet waste, wires, landscape lighting, and other obstacles from the lawn prior to service. Amber Lawn Care is not responsible for damage to hidden or improperly marked objects.
Debris and storm cleanup: Service pricing assumes normal lawn conditions. Removal of excessive debris, fallen branches, storm cleanup, leaf cleanup, or other non-routine work is not included in standard service pricing unless separately quoted.
4. Pricing

Rates are flat for standard residential lots in our service zone.
Overgrown lawns: Pricing assumes the lawn is maintained on the selected service schedule. If grass exceeds 8 inches in height or requires additional time due to missed services, excessive growth, or neglect, an additional charge may apply. We will notify you before performing the service.
Price changes: We will notify you by text or email at least 30 days before any rate change takes effect. Continued service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new rate.
5. Billing & Payment
Card on file is required. Service will not begin until a valid payment method is on file.
Auto-charge: Your card on file will be automatically charged after each completed service. A payment receipt may be provided electronically upon request.
Card declines: If your card declines, we will automatically retry once after 3 days. If the retry also fails, your service will be paused until your payment method is updated. We will notify you by text when a decline occurs.
6. Skipping a Visit
You may skip a single scheduled visit with 48 hours notice at no charge. Contact us by text at least 48 hours before your scheduled service day. Skipping a visit does not affect your recurring schedule — your next visit proceeds as normal.
If we cannot access the property and you have not given 48 hours notice, the visit fee applies.
7. Suspended Service
If service is skipped, paused, or otherwise interrupted for more than two scheduled visits, Amber Lawn Care may require a one-time cleanup or overgrowth charge before recurring service resumes. Any additional charge will be communicated and approved before work is performed.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your service at any time. We ask for 24 hours notice before your next scheduled service so we can adjust the route. Text us to cancel — no forms, no hassle.
Cancellation takes effect as of the next scheduled visit after notice is received. Any completed visits prior to cancellation will be charged normally.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with any visit, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to make it right at no additional charge. No hassle, no runaround.
10. Photos & Marketing
Amber Lawn Care may photograph the property before and after service for quality control, documentation, and customer service purposes.
These photos may be used for marketing purposes, including our website, social media, and advertising, unless you notify us that you do not wish your property photos to be used in marketing materials. Customers may opt out of marketing use at any time by contacting us.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amber Lawn Care's liability for any claim arising from services provided under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid for the most recent service visit.
12. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in Pinellas County, Florida.
13. Agreement
By signing below, e-signing via our service platform, or adding your payment card during online signup, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms above and authorize Amber Lawn Care of St Petersburg LLC to charge your card on file automatically after each completed service visit. You authorize Amber Lawn Care of St Petersburg LLC to store your payment information and charge your card on file for completed services and any approved additional charges described in this agreement.
